Hazon intern Ian Solow-Niederman created this three-minute video about his experience with the Rocky Mountain Jewish Food Summit and how it impacted his Jewish identity.
Ian Solow-Niederman is a student at the University of Colorado-Boulder. He was born and raised in Denver, Colorado and was a member of the B’nai B’rith Youth Organization in high school. BBYO sparked a love of being part of Jewish organizations and in college he has continued that by joining Alpha Epsilon Pi Jewish Fraternity and being active with the CU Hillel. He is a double major in Communication and Religious Studies and hopes to work with non-profit organizations after graduation.
