Accommodations And Food
Isabella Freedman is home to Adamah: a leadership training program for Jewish young adults that integrates organic farming, Jewish learning, leadership, and contemplative spiritual practice. During much of the year, a portion of the food served in Freedman’s dining halls is grown on site by the Adamah fellows. We look forward to eating Adamah’s winter squash and potatoes, since we’ll be there in the winter! Food at the Food Conference A note about eating at the Hazon Food Conference – room & board fees include all meals and snacks from dinner on Thursday evening to lunch on Sunday. Product samples and organic Chanukah gelt are also included. Isabella Freedman is a glatt kosher facility - please resist the temptation to bring in food from home. Special dietary requests should be noted on your registration form. If you have any questions please email Judith@hazon.org.
