Tu Bishvat
with Hazon
Friday, January 29 at 8 pm.
Our Shabbat meal will be kosher, dairy, delicious and seasonal. Tu Bishvat, which has become the “Jewish Earth Day,” marks the “New Year of Trees” and is celebrated by planting trees, and eating dried fruits and nuts. Come celebrate and learn from leading educators and activists about the connections between Jewish tradition, the environment and the food we eat.
The event is $36; $30 if you bring your own non-disposable plate and utensils!
