The DC Ride will return in 2009!

The first Hazon DC Jewish Environmental Bike Ride on Earth Day 2007 was a great success!

Some of the highlights from the Ride were:

• Blue skies and 80 degree weather (not a cloud in the sky)
• Riding into downtown DC
• 82 fantastic people biking and crewing the ride and seeing all of the trees in full blossom
• Meeting new people from all over Maryland, Virginia, and DC
• Tours of Adat Shalom and 6th and I
• Incredible ruach thanks to our great cheerleaders, musicians and everyone's enthusiasm
• Joel Rice riding for his bar-mitzvah project - and completing the whole route (and being one of the top fundraisers)
• The beautiful jerseys!
