Extended Stay Options

You are encouraged to come early to Israel or extend your stay after the Ride. In order to allow you to easily travel within Israel before and after the Ride, we arrange to transport your bike to and from the Airport.

Hotels | Pre-Ride Galilee and Golan Trip | Petra Trip

Tzfat - Rimonim Inn
The ride officially starts on Tuesday, November 3rd, which is the first hotel stay covered by your registration fee. If you would like to book additional nights in the hotel in Tzfat before the ride, you can do so on the Extended Stay Form. We will be organizing dinner groups to eat out at local restaurants. We will offer a bus shuttle from Jerusalem and Tel Aviv on Monday, November 2nd, but if you come earlier you will need to arange your own transportation.
Price per night: $85 per half double occupancy, $160 for single occupancy.

Eilat - Isrotel Yam Suf Hotel (formerly Ambassador)
The ride ends with a hotel stay in Eilat on Monday, November 10. If you would like to book additional nights after the ride, you can do so on the Extended Stay Form.
Price per night: $105 per half double occupancy, $170 for single occupancy.

Join our tour guide Bill Slott on a day-long tour of the north of Israel. Even if you have been many times before, Bill always shows a new side of Israel. The tour will depart from the hotel lobby in Tzfat at 8:00. Be sure to bring comfortable walking shoe, hats and a bottle of water.

• Visit Tel Dan, the source of the Jordan River and the site of the ancient biblical city of Dan
• Drive up to Har Bental, an extinct volcanoe overlooking Syria
• Tour and Tasting at the Golan Wineries
• Lookout over the Kinneret (Sea of Galilee) from the lovely grounds of the Church of the Beatitudes.
• Return to Tzfat for dinner (at the hotel).

Price: $150 per person, with a minimum of 3 participants. Price includes lunch, transportation, and all enterance fees. If we have over 7 participants, we will be able to lower the price and refund some of the money.

Visit the hidden red city of Petra in Jordan. The tour leaves from the Ride hotel in Eilat to head towards the Jordanian border. A Jordanian guide will accompany the group to Petra to visit the treasure temple, Roman theatre and rock-cut caves for a 3-hour tour. Lunch will be at Petra. Afterwards, the tour will return to Aqaba for a visit to the shore before re-entering Israel.

Price: $195, which includes lunch and entrance fees. Price does not include entry visa and border taxes, as well as tips ($5 recommended). Minimum of 7 people required. Use the Extended Stay Form to register. If you are going to Petra, you will not be able to fly out of Eilat that day, and must book a hotel night for Tuesday night.

Canelation Fee: 4 days before the trip, full refund; Up to 48 hrs before the trip, 50% refund; less than 48 hrs, no refund.
